GENERAL INFORMATION
Prepare all necessary information, visual references, and key design details connected to your commission in advance. I will not accept commissions based only on text descriptions. If you do not have an exact reference, settle on finding a close substitute or additional reference material.
When purchasing a commission, expect to receive flattened image files in a .PNG format. I do not like distributing my source files unless agreed upon beforehand.
The design(s) featured in your commission should be your own or within your permission to use. Feel free to tell me about lore, personality, and other key traits!
I have the right to reject commission requests, especially if the commission is outside my skill set or falls within the category of things I refuse to draw.

**Character(s) depicted must be 18+ with an adult appearance, though I still do not guarantee accepting work on such commissions.
PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
Commission prices are listed in USD. I do not accept payments in cryptocurrency or trades / exchanges.
When considering a commission, ensure you have the financial security to purchase my services. The base prices featured are the starting costs and are subject to change. Don't hesitate to contact me directly for a free quote to help you make an informed decision.
I prefer to take payment once the initial sketch is approved! Please be sure to contact me before purchasing a commission to ensure your request won't be refunded!
Payment plans are always negotiable. However, until the first installment is received, work for other paying clients may be prioritized before yours.
I do not offer complete refunds! Refunds will vary depending on the amount of work already completed. In the case where I am unable to complete your commission, I will contact you, provide a refund, and deliver the working source files as they are.
REVISIONS
While revisions are welcome to ensure good art for the money you spend, please refrain from making numerous edits to your commission once the sketch is complete! After your sketch is approved, each process stage is allowed one free revision. If further changes are made after this initial revision, an additional $15 fee will be applied per alteration.
My process stages are divided as follows: 1) sketch, 2) line art, 3) color, 4) shading & rendering. Stage 4 is excluded for doodle pages and other commissions purchased without the shading add-on.
Changes necessary due to a mistake on my part, like a forgotten detail or misunderstanding, will be made free of charge and do not apply to the one free revision rule.
Drawing over process images to communicate precise changes is allowed and encouraged!
DEADLINES & COMMUNICATION
Depending on the project's complexity and scale, turnaround time may vary. I aim to complete commissions within 1-3 weeks. I DON'T DO RUSH ORDERS!!!
If work on your commission has extended beyond this deadline, please contact me to discuss the possibility of an extension or refund.

OWNERSHIP
Art commissioned from me is for personal and non-commercial uses only. Commissioners and other parties are not to reproduce or use commissioned work for profit without prior contract or agreement. For commercial use or other business-related inquiries, please email me at [email protected] to discuss further.
As the artist, I retain ownership of my work and reserve the right to share commissioned art in portfolios, commission examples, social media, etc. You are encouraged to share your commission with others! I only ask that you properly credit me as the artist.☺
Absolutely, under no circumstances are you permitted to distribute or utilize my work for the purpose of selling NFTs or training Generative AI.
